We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Corporate Finance to lead our M&A Deals Advisory team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and deal structuring, driving impactful decisions that support our clients' growth and success.
What You'll Do: Lead M&A advisory engagements from initiation to completionConduct thorough financial analysis and valuation assessmentsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify potential acquisition targets and market opportunitiesDevelop strategic recommendations for optimizing deal structures? Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in transaction execution? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the deal process What We're Looking For: Minimum 11 years of experience in corporate finance or M&A advisory rolesStrong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and valuation techniquesProven track record of leading successful M&A transactionsGraduate from well known university (International University, or Top Local University)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentRelevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus Ready to make an impact?
