As a Digital Sales Manager – Ecosystem, you’ll represent our Digital Brand and lead our relationships with key strategic partners to drive revenue growth. We are focused on growing relationships with strategic and unique consumer marketplace partners to help grow our business metrics and strengthen the brand. This role will allow you to own partner relationships end-to-end, from initial scoping and negotiations to launch and ongoing partner management. This individual will work with consumer brands, e-commerce, contents aggregators, and media. Working with our marketing and product team to drive subscribers growth and leveraging partners ecosystem to deepen and broaden the consumer understanding and engagement. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can help us with our most consumer savvy partners and have some experience with FMCG or understanding how to interact with consumer brands.
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience with at least 2 years in partner management, experience in consumer brands/e-commerce or related discipline will be a plus

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- - Be responsible for all aspects of our digital ecosystem partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management
- Conduct analysis on the state of partnerships and partner success
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal
- Be accountable for success metrics and partner growth
- In partnership with product manager, map partners offers with target product profile, product positioning, early stage market planning, customer segmentation and strategic market development activities
- Continuously monitors competitors’ offerings, trends and innovation. Adapts and implements new offers (counter offers).
- Analysing trends and results of digital lifestyle offerings consumption; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Partner with sales and marketing manager to achieve sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Partner with product manager to identify market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends across all accessible digital ecosystem. Conduct reviews for all market access and stakeholder-teams post-launch to uncover best practices and process improvements for subsequent launches.
Education & Experience
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years and a Master’s degree.
