Outreach, Inc. seeks aMarketing Manager(Digital Product Manager) to oversee the entire lifecycle of Church Digital Products. These products are helping 1000s of churches reach more people through social media, the web and graphics. The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, a working knowledge of UX/UI design, to the ability to formulate and oversee product strategy and in collaboration with IT development. This role is responsible for the overall vision of Digital Products and managing the products into a successful launch and growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products for churches
Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy and detailed plan
Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities as well as to influence product positioning and pricing
Partner with the marketing team and IT team to build product roadmaps (including annual roadmaps for existing products, and roadmaps for new products) that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan
Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers and developers from end to end of the process
Train the sales team on products and how to most effectively sell digital products
Develop informational and promotional videos for digital products

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in launching and managing digital products with annual sales of at least $1M
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
Strategic knowledge of both front-end and back-end digital product development
Significant knowledge of Christianity, the Christian church and pastoral leadership required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years experience in digital product management or similar
Knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, and CSS, Angular JS
Experience with Google Analytics
Supervisory experience preferred
