Outreach, Inc. is seeking aDigital Product Managerto oversee the entire lifecycle of Church Digital Products, from inception to launch. These products include Outreach Social, Outreach Sites, Church Kit and Video Subscription, and upcoming new products. These products are helping thousands of churches reach more people through social media, the web and graphics. The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, a working knowledge of UX/UI design, to the ability to formulate and oversee product strategy and in collaboration with IT development. This role is responsible for the overall vision of Digital Products and managing the products out of this vision into a successful launch and growth. They understand current and potential customers needs and translate those needs into new product features and improvements for the IT team to develop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products for churches
Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy and detailed plan
Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities as well as to influence product positioning and pricing
Partner with the marketing team and IT team to build product roadmaps (including annual roadmaps for existing products, and roadmaps for new products) that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan
Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product
Manage and analyze data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies
Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
Collaborate with Marketing Director and Sr. Marketing Manager on marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning of existing and new digital products
Develop the marketing websites and/or promo pages for digital products
Recruit and manage team members

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers and developers from end to end of the process
Train the sales team on products and how to most effectively sell digital products
Develop informational and promotional videos for digital products

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Supports company culture by a commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Outreach, Inc.

Proven experience in launching and managing digital products with annual sales of at least $1 million
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
Ability to see a need and provide solutions with hyper-efficiency
Strategic knowledge of both front-end and back-end digital product development
Significant knowledge of Christianity, the Christian church and pastoral leadership required
Positive attitude with a genuine interest in working in a fast-paced team environment and wearing multiple hats as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years experience in digital product management or similar
Knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, and CSS, Angular JS
Experience with Google Analytics
Supervisory experience preferred
