Perform Market Research (heavy equipment & marketplace or e-commerce) to identify trend, competition and get the insight and opportunities.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with internal teams and external to improve marketing performance and website performance.
Create activities plan to convert sales lead (add to cart) into sales transaction.
Develop CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to maintain existing customer/user and increase online sales repeat order.
Bachelor's Degree from any major, preferably from Marketing
Proven work experience for at least one year in the digital marketing field, preferably from e-commerce or B2B industry (min 2 years)
Good Understanding Heavy Equipment industry and market (trading/ rental/ spare parts)
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights)
Skills and experience in creative content writing (script writer)
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaign
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
