We are seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in paid channels and CRM automation to join our marketing team.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various paid channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Create and manage engaging, high-performing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Implement CRM automation processes to enhance customer communication, personalization, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve key KPIs.

Qualifications:
