Roles
As the Digital Marketing Specialist at DomaiNesia, your main role is to develop and implement digital marketing strategies for DomaiNesia. The ideal candidate is motivated and a problem solver; exhibits thoughtful reasoning skills; uses data to inform decisions; and obsessed with all things social and digital.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop digital marketing campaigns, including web, blog, SEM, email, social media and display advertising based on customer journey map;
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns with clear KPIs;
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels;
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement;
Oversee brand building and awareness campaigns;
Build strong digital presence;
Analyze online presence data, such as Google Analytics;
Research customer and market opportunities.
Requirements
Get things done; self-driven; willing to learn; team player; love challenges; influential person;
Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in a related field;
1-3years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising;
Willing to be placed in Jogja headquarter;
Excellent communication skills, both internal and client facing;
Strong interest in technology and/or digital marketing;
Strong analytical thinking;
Proficiency in English is a bonus points.
