Job Description:
- Planning, and collaborating for our social media activities (Live Tiktok, Marketplaces, Instagram, etc)
- Searching & Collaborating with KOL & our vendors for business developments & partnership
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage a website or social media channels to optimize the user experience
- Present reports and realistic forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to Digital Marketing Manager
- Responsible for any ad-hoc projects from users and teams
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related majors.
- Min 1-3 years experience in performance marketing is required (Set up Google analytics, Facebook/IG ads, Marketplace ads/keywords), both B2B and/or B2C are preferred
- Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus
- Experience in using CRM (Qontak, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc)
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to constantly innovate processes
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
