POSITION DESCRIPTION

**Digital Marketing Manager**

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the organization digital marketing activities to accelerate incremental revenue growth.
Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing manager pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, revenue generation, brand building and conversion.
The manager will be based remotely.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking, and optimizing of PPC campaigns such as Google AdWords
- Develop, execute, and optimize of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns to increase web organic search visibility and ranking.
- Generate, place and update website content to ensure a highly engaging customer experience, focused largely on localizing the global format and content so that it's highly relevant to in-country customers and prospects.
- Create and develop website/landing pages in local languages
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for new products launch
- Manage the placement of relevant content on external websites, including news sites, business associations etc.
- Analyze technology trends and identify new opportunities to help drive an enterprise level digital marketing optimization program.
- Do competitor analysis on regular intervals and take required actions
- Manage & Run Social Media campaigns such as Facebook, Linkedin etc.
- Partner with the Sales and Lead Qualification teams to increase the quality of traffic generated from Digital efforts
- Manage, track, and report digital marketing activities and ROIs
- Support other digital marketing activities as assigned
- Build and optimize the website using different platforms like WordPress, CQ5 etc.
- Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns Targeting Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand regions
- Create and maintain a centralized resource library for sharing Digital Assets with Distributors and support Distributors with executing digital marketing efforts
- Achieve Yearly, Monthly & Weekly KPI set at the start of the Year

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years current Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experience
- 2+ Years of experience in running social media campaign such as Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads etc.
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B business
- Data-driven with demonstrated data analytic competency, structured problem-solving and experience with enterprise-level site analytics is preferred (Google Analytics, Google Tag

Manager, Domo, Salesforce Community etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and gain followership and to present to sales, marketing and leadership.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under a deadline.
Innovative thinker with a "can-do" attitude.
- Proven track record of growing leads and sales through online marketing.
- Positive, Proactive, able to multi-task, well organized with an eye for details.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
**Qualifications**:

- BA in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience required.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing Communications/Marketing
- Graduate in Arts/Science/Engineering

**Salary**: Up to Rp35,000,000 per month
