**Job Description**:
Use of google analytics, google adwords, and other relevant sites and tools to improve performance
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Lead the team to brainstorm to find new and creative growth strategies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
**Qualifications**:
- Have deep knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Instagram ads, Facebook ads, and Twitter marketing strategy
- Have mixed experience in reputable digital agencies and reputable companies.
- 3-5 minimum working experiences in digital marketing, campaign, and performance marketing
- Tech early adopters and be able to think outside of the box
- Passionate to share the new insight based on data analysis
