Job Description

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube)

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

The Successful Applicant

Analytical, strong ability to draw insights from traffic and campaign trends and develop effective tactics

Hands-on experience of any mainstream advertisement management, remarketing and web analytic tools like Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), DoubleClick, Google Analytics, etc

Strong communication abilities to interact with colleagues and partners

Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with people and manage projects

Must be able to speak Bahasa Indonesia, English and
Mandarin
