Main purpose of the job:
The Digital Analyst in the Digital Hub is responsible for supporting brand teams in the definition and implementation of measurement strategies, producing meaningful marketing KPI insights and delivering cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. The role will also involve providing insights to drive campaign optimisation. The successful candidate will have an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge of digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyse data to provide learnings and insights for optimisation on cross-channel campaign performance, alongside Media agency
Construct and run market’s digital learning agenda to measure ROI of DDM
Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders in weekly Data Thirstday meetings & quarterly Digital Hub townhalls
Lead and build data partnerships with existing and new partners
Develop 1:1 marketing channel capability via Whatsapp, supporting growth of Unilever Home Delivery (UHD)
Secondary Responsibilities
Actively participate in local and global communities of best practice
Create and share learnings via regular case studies and newsletter
Develop & maintain audience insights marketplace in conjunction with PDC & Audience Specialist
