- Experience and interest in DevOps
- Experience with modern cloud platforms and tools (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, etc)
- Strong interest in data security and integrity
- Experience with software and software logs
- Creative with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Must enjoy learning and have excellent communication skills
- Active in local technical meetups and communities
- Participation in open-source projects
- Leadership position in a sports team
