DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Persyaratan :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer & Ms. Office
Menyukai target, memiliki komunikasi yang baik & mampu bekerja dalam tim
Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Desk Collection/Call Center di Perusahaan yang sudah berizin Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Bertanggung jawab dalam merespon pelanggan
Mengingatkan pelanggan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah jatuh tempo
Membantu pelanggan dalam mencari solusi pembayaran
Menagih pelanggan yang sudah jatuh tempo dan yang sudah lewat dari jatuh tempo
Melakukan negosiasi untuk mendorong pelanggan membayar.
