Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Create innovative pattern design that accommodate the needs and style of customers which can be accepted in mass market of ceramic (locally or internationally)
Conduct research and analyze the current and future trends in ceramic and glass industries through various channel to predict the future trends of pattern and colors in ceramic and glass market
Provide information about market and trends to Product Development Team and Marketing & Technical Team and cooperate with them to deliver innovative product that match with customers? need and accepted in mass market
Responsible to ensure our Showroom and Exhibition Booth always update with the most innovative design and a prediction of a future trend
Characteristic that We?re Looking For:
GPA Min. 3.00 in scale of 4.00
Good Command in English (Active English)
Intermediate Level in Adobe Photoshop
Innovative and Open Mind Person
Has Good Communication and Presentation Skill
Resilient Individual and Has Courage to Face Unpredictable Situation
Have Courage and Ability to Negotiate
Able to Do Design Analysis and Market Research
Has Interest with Art, Trend and Enjoy to Explore Various Fields to Expand the Knowledge
Adaptable and Can Interact with People with Various Background
