Demand Planning Analyst - (Swift - A Tokopedia

Job Description :- Collect, analyze and transform operational data into valuable and actionable insights-
- Creating forecasts in support of organizational planning processes, ensuring the timeline production of required deliverables in support of multiple, simultaneous work streams.-
- Work with data scientists and data engineers to help build and operationalize supply chain planning solutions-
- Assist delivery of valuable strategic initiatives, partnering with key people in the organization-
- Oversee and execute development of demand forecasts for assigned therapeutic areas in support of standard business processes as well as lifecycle management initiatives.
Independently analyze to derive meaningful forecast implications, actionable insights, and recommendations.
Leverage broad market knowledge to partner in developing organizational strategy.-
- Recommend and utilize appropriate quantitative analytical approaches including optimization, regression, and Monte Carlo simulation to meet specific/unique brand forecasting needs.-
- Work closely with sellers and other stakeholders to help define best-in-class processes and ensure continuous improvement of processes and solutions-
- Use appropriate forecasting analytical techniques, such as regression, time series and Monte Carlo simulations to ensure production of high-quality forecast outputsRequirements :- Min.
Bachelor Degree from reputable University in any major, pref statistic or mathematics-
- Excellence in Microsoft Excel-
- Good communication in English for speaking and writing-
- Experience in effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns for all hubs-
- Able to actively propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.-
