The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Work with sellers and buyers to resolve questions, give directions, and fix potential problems
- Assist and working together with related stakeholders in handling complaints and hard cases
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- At least 2-3 years experience as Call Center or Customer Service, preferably previous experience in handling inbound calls
- Strong communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Driven and motivated
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Willing to work in shift and has big interest working in e-commerce company
