This group exclusively hiring with MatchaTalent, and opening for more than 100+ talents each year, collaborating with 50+ Management Trainees that responsible for various roles such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, IT, Admin, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics.
**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfilling the ordered task as required
- Joining workshop and training session
- Willing to give feedbacks or suggestion to develop the company
- Fulfilling the administration tasks.
- Contributing as a team player in each department

**Requirements**:

- Diploma degree (Bachelor degree is preferred)
- ** Willing to work at North Jakarta office**
- Open for freshgraduate with no more than 3 years of working experience
- Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
- Having mandarin certification (HSK level 4 or above) would be a plus
- Willing to participate and fulfill the Management Trainee program, including classes, activities, workshops, and field trainings
- Willing to be evaluated regularly
- Having good proficiency in MS Office
