Dcc Development Support

DCC Development Support role will work closely with the Indonesia and Singapore Development team to support the key development initiatives of DCC Indonesia, involving upgrading with latest digital innovations and technologies, developing new, innovative curriculum in digital operations, and maintaining the upkeep of existing technologies on the line.

As part of DCC clients workshop/capability building support, also be responsible for running the production lines during training programs, role-playing certain behaviors typically experienced during performance transformations and assisting with both the general administration of the production line and its continuous improvement.
Number of years experience: At least 5 years of experience in automotive or Food and Beverage manufacturing sectors At least 2 years of experience in the delivery of digital transformation or smart manufacturing What previous roles they would have done Supervisory roles at automotive or Food and Beverage manufacturing Digital transformation officer on either auto, FnB, advanced industry, semiconductor, etc Skills required: Operating/managing arrays of production assembly lines, supply chain management, logistics and people management Computer literacy in manufacturing applications, background knowledge of Industry Internet of Things (IIoT), automation, predictive maintenance and supply chain Strong problem-solving skill and operational analysis Nice to have a network of manufacturing maintenance services
