To analyze data flow and data transformation requirements for IT projects through discussions with project team such as business analyst and other project stakeholders
To understand existing data structure and standards within ID data platform
To produce data mapping documents between source and target system based on applicable Enterprise data architecture standards.
To be Subject Matter Expert on the documents produced and ETL best practices and standards.
Good knowledge on Enterprise data model, ecosystem (ODS & DWH), and ETL standards
Familiarity with Life insurance products and processes
Familiarity on systems data integrations methods and approaches
More than 5 years' experience in data/ETL development life cycle, collaborating with internal / external party development teams
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Familiarity on Informatica ETL tools
Fluent in English
