Data Engineering

Persyaratan**Requirement**:- Minimum S1 all major background (preferred in Information technology)- Proven experience in data migration projects, ETL processes, and data management.- Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Microsoft SSIS) and SQL for data manipulation and querying.- Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and relational databases.- Familiarity with data quality assessment and data cleansing techniques.- Knowledge of data governance principles and data security best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data related issues.- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Preq. Knowledge: English (Oral & Written)- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as Data EngineerTanggung Jawab**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data migration requirements andobjectives.- Develop detailed data migration plans, including data mapping, data cleansing, transformation, and validation strategies.- Analyze source data from various systems to assess data quality, completeness, and suitability for migration.- Design and implement data transformation processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques.
