**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement databases for internal performance data, as well as external data sources.
- Create and maintain efficient data pipelines that will be used to populate dashboards and other reporting tools.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to identify data needs and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop data solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data systems and processes.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or related position.
- Strong experience with SQL and database design.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline creation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
