- JIVA Indonesia is a group of Olam International, one of the largest agribusiness in the world.- At Jiva Indonesia, we're focused on solving four critical challenges that farmers (corn) around Indonesia face every day.
Jiva is working to help smallholder farmers in Indonesia gain access to capital for farming, get the best advice for farming, and o purchase their harvest.
Through this effort, the company is aiming to help improve farmer's livelihood while also digitizing the supply chain.
**General Overview**
- You'll work closely with the various departments in operations and cross-functional for do research, gather and analyse data and information to identify problems and suggest potential solutions in operation division in order to improve the performance and realise the most important goals.- You will be reporting to the CFO also with the business and operations strategy team in India and Singapore.
**What will you do**:

- Translate business and product questions into dashboards that are actionable for our leadership and operations team
- Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL and Python and present interesting findings to business stakeholders to drive business and strategic decisions
- Build self-serve data products, such as dashboards and tables to reduce time to insights and decision making

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of practical experience in SQL and Python
- Prior experience with developing data visualisations in tools like Tableau, Metabase and similar programs
- Able to tell a coherent data narrative using visualisation tools, and set best practices in data visualisation to convey a product insight through impactful graphs
- Proven ability to recognise business needs and communicate with multiple stakeholders including PMs, business and operations
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution
