Review, analysis and reconciliation of large volumes of data including network availability, root cause contributors for NAV degradation and analyzing long term trends for improvement analysis.
- Analysis of managed services data from multiple resources into meaningful information with result oriented approach.
- Able to analyze and create full picture of the network health/status via TT and WO.
- Review, identify and verify data sources and ensure data authenticity.
- Preparation of detailed report, executive summaries for customer.
- Conduct analysis and prepare supporting documentation to be used in managed services.
**Requirement**
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Engineering in telecommunications/electronics/electrical.
- Strong analytical skills for review and interpretation of volumes of telecommunication data.
- Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experienced individual with a proficiency using Excel utilities (Pivot tables and Macros).
- Able to operate data visualization tools i.e.
power BI and Tableau.
