Job Summary
Cyber Security Manager reporting to the director manages the projects through all phases of a project lifecycle. It is an individual contributor role with no direct reporting but will be working with resources assigned to the project from different teams. Plays a key role interfacing between Cyber Security teams and Product Development/Professional Services teams. Works to integrate security at every phase of product and solution development. Experience in software development and/or application security will be an advantage. This role is a core project management role and requires strong project management skills to define and manager project plan, scope, schedule, cost, communications, resources, quality, issues/risks etc., Define project management methodologies and templates required to improve efficiency. Look for opportunities to improve schedule, cost, resources and deliver projects on time. Identify security risks without fail and work with the team to define mitigation plans and track mitigation. PMP training and certification are mandatory.

What You’ll Contribute
Provide oversight to ensure overall program and project goals are met for the Cyber Security Organization.
Drive product and customer project delivery across private and public cloud
Work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Professional Services, other stakeholders, and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies, and project plans.
Communicate status and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead, manage and motivate cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while meeting deadlines.
Build trusted relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from senior executive to SOC. Leveraging these relationships effectively to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction and achieve consensus.
Monitor overall progress and use of resources on projects and initiate corrective action where necessary.
What We’re Seeking
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent experience.
PMP Project Management certification is mandatory.
Must have hands on experience as a software developer and/or architect or a security architect / engineer.
A minimum of 5 -10 years of working experience in both Project Management and software development / security engineering.
Experience in program or project management with history of increasing responsibility.
Must have experience working on product development and customer implementations in a large, complex information systems environment.
Must have project experience with environments containing cardholder data, data privacy, and personally identifiable information (PII)
Self-directed with independent work delivery. Escalates appropriately and keeps stakeholders informed.
Proven problem solver with great collaboration skills.
Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies.
Experience with end-to-end software development project lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, implementation, warranty).
Excellent interpersonal skills - strong verbal and written skills; ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders.
Experience across the entire technology stack including server, database, network, and storage is ideal.
