Responsibilities: Manage customer car hire bookings through a platform or GDS (Global Distribution System).Assist in managing customer data and profile management to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.Availability to work over weekends and public holidays as required.Flexible with working hours to meet business needs.Preferably with foundational experience in the travel industry.
