Customer Success Agent (Semarang - Jawa Tengah)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:- **Consistently make a good relation with the customer**- **Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue**- **Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs**- **Introducing to customers related to new product launch, other promotions**- **Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes****Requirements**:- Diploma or equivalent required ; bachelor's or associate degree is a plus- Fresh Graduate or Min. 1-year experience in a sales-related role, preferably in telesales- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills- Fluent in local language (Java), and English ( Intermediate )- Strong attention to detail- Willing to be placed at Semarang
