We are hiring a customer service staff that will help us to manage customer queries and complaints. this person will also responsible to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of cummunication channels.
Responsibilities: Maintan a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of commmunication channels. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
