Details of the offer

- Handle customer who visit walk in center for inquiry, complain, cancellation, claim and premium payment and give resolution to customer
- Responsible to monitor escalation to other department related to any issues submitted by walk in customer to get resolution
- Achieve KPI and meet SLA of providing resolution to customer’s inquiry and complaint
- Provide feedback and/or improvement to Team Leader to have better service and make walk in center more comfortable for customer
- Provide feedback and/or improvement to other Customer Service units based on feedback from customer who visit walk in center
