As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to provide responsive support that strengthens long-term relationships with our customers across cement, packaging, and trading businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and service requests in a timely manner.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.Track customer orders from confirmation to delivery; proactively update customers on status or issues.Support resolution of service concerns, complaints, and claims while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and generate regular service reports.Assist with after-sales support, including product information, warranty claims, and documentation requests.Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support customer engagement activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or order management.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a service-minded attitude.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an advantage.Comfortable working in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Career Development This role provides a strong foundation in customer and business operations, offering future career paths into sales support, key account management, or operations roles within SCG.
