Hold Bachelor's degree.
Has 1 year experience as Customer Service.
Business level English and Conversational level Mandarin.
Must be comfortable with front desk job dealing with repeated or new distributors.
Good communication skill, positive, meticulous, responsible and able to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required.

Reception duties, incoming calls, and customer's order fulfilment.
Attend to customers' requests, enquiry and service related matters.
Perform point of sales order processing and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Support company events and coordinate activities related to training.
Handle feedback and complaints of customers.
