Position: Customer Service Specialist (English & Portuguese Speaker)
Customer Success Agent is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Your success day:
1. Provide help desk support through live chat and phone
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
5. Gather customer feedback and share it with the internal team (Product, Acquisition, Reputation Management, Finance, etc)
6. Assist Server Admin to monitor servers performance
7. Respond and check abuse of service (spam/phishing)
