Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Details of the offer

Answering and solving customer's inquiries through the available channels (live chats, social media, whatsapp, and calls)

Helping to manage schedule between the customers and courier to do the checking

Doing validation for every incoming orders

Making sure of customer satisfaction through empathetic communication in resolving inquiries

Maintain the company's image and establish good relations with customers by providing maximum service

Following procedures and SOPs in handling questions from customers

Explain existing products and processes in polite and easy-to-understand language
Minimum Bachelor's degree

Basic understanding of English

Having a work experience in startup/tech company is a plus

Has experience in working with customer support tools/help desk such as Qontak, Dalnet, etc.
(Qontak is a plus)

Having willingness to learn the Maujual product in depth to be able to assist customers

Having flexibility to have a shifting work schedule

Available for overtime if needed

Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Have a strong customer oriented mind

Have patience, active listening skills and problem solving in dealing with customer problems

Able to operate google suite (especially google sheet)

Dependable, reliable and on time
