Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Operations is the primary point of contact for the customer and service providers includes transporter and external warehouse, for all aspects related to inbound and outbound shipment and deliveries and will collaborate with services providers, customers and internal parties to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and value.
In this role, you will ensure all excise formalities are respected within active trades and will partner closely with the internal advisory team or external consultants to understand potential changes in the regulatory framework.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand, as well as other databases related to shipments, order status, invoices, contract balances and inventory management.
Help handle improvement projects and commitments that require a comprehensive understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
Be the key point of contact for internal and external parties (service providers) and customer complaints, to provide solutions and ensure timely and correct resolution that follow established business guidelines.
Maintain and update systems that give a detailed insight into the status of the business that are aligned with company and regulatory requirements.
Have in-depth understanding of the regulatory framework related to customs, import and export, as well as the excise matters and the related systems, in order to ensure all activities comply with regulations.
Timely handle all claims towards counterparties leveraging available information.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of related work experience
Experience in supply chain especially trading business and customer services
Advanced knowledge of the regulatory framework around excises.
Experience and knowledge with commodity handling
Familiar with import distribution process is an advantage
