Customer Service Inside Sales

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Receive and process Purchase Order from worldwide customers.Satisfy and exceed customers? needs in terms of operational works.Handle customer?s complaints and escalate customer?s feedback to management as part of Kaizen.Seek the possibility in opening a new market for the company and get new customers.Communicate continuously with customers through e-mails, phone conversation, and direct meeting.Monitor and ensure every order of customer is exported according to the deadline.Work in a worldwide cross-functional team about sales performance.Make daily report directly to management.Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor degree in Economics/Engineering, preferably specialized in Sales and Marketing. Other degrees are welcome.2-3 years of hands-on experience handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction.Good knowledge in using e-mails to communicate with customers.Good leadership and attitude towards teamwork.Good responsibility towards deadline.Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated success in satisfying the customer and show flexibility in doing multiple tasks.Good in spoken and written English (TOEFL: 550; or IELTS: 6.0 is preferred).Able to work under pressure.Willing ?to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
