**Requirements**:
- D3/S1 any major With GPA of 2,75
- Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
- Have experience in customer service area
- Have experience in the sales area
- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
- Has vaccinated 3 dose
- Min.
Fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry-level)
- Able to speak English with minimum passive communication
- Guide consumers & partners in using products
- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from consumers and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to consumer and partners
- Maintain good relationships and community-building
- Support projects from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
