Contact overseas customers through phone calls and/or WhatsApp messages to arrange a phone pickup schedule
- Daily WhatsApp message blast to customers for product education purposes
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Working 6 days a week (7am to 9pm)
- **Proficient in English is a must**
