Job Description:
This is a half year structured training program involving class room, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills to pursue a career in Banking Customer Service, representing the Bank as its front-end in handling various customer service and relationship, and providing fast solution to customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Max age 25 Minimum S1 preferably from reputable university Min GPA 3.00 of 4.00 Interested in sales and relationship management to help customers inquiries Good business acumen and problem solving ability Attractive personality, with good command of English, both written and verbal
