Customer Service Agent is responsible for selling to local Customer based on opportunities.
Customer Service will also follow up sales leads, DSV customers ( existing, new and potential customers).
- Upsell Current Customers additional services
- Cold-Call prospects generated by external lead sources
- Maintain daily customer relationships, communicating, follow up and offering rates to Customer.
**Requirements**:
- Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage
- Basic sales knowledge
- Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis
and resolution of problems and complaints
- Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
- Understanding of DSV service offering and pricing policy
- Understanding of DSV (strategy, products and solutions)
