Our client, as one of the world online travel agents, is now currently looking for a Customer Service Agent who is able to speak Melayu.**Responsibilities**:- Responding to all customers' concerns regarding travel queries.- Responding to posts and messages received from client's social media account.- Executing escalation que on refund related enquiries due to travel cancellation.- Review all NPS & journey related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree holder.- Preferably to have prior work experience on Customer Service, specific for online travel agents will be a plus.- **Good proficiency in Melayu and English (reading and writing).**:- High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has the analytical thinking.- Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.- Willing to work from our office in Yogyakarta.**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Melayu (preferred)Shift availability:- Night Shift (preferred)- Day Shift (preferred)Application Deadline: 01/17/2023
