Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:1. Handling and resolving customers' inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.3. Developing and maintaining accurate files.4. Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.**Requirements**:- Min. bachelor's degree and above.- Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.- Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.- A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.- Min.
