**Detail**:Full-time salaried position in our Jogja-based headquarter**Roles**:- Full-time salaried position in our Jogja-based headquarter**Primary Responsibilities**:- Answer incoming phone, online chat, support ticket requests as well as comfortable in face to face interaction.- Assist customer to solve their issues.- Respond to Customer Complaints.- Provide clear information to customer's query.- Maintain a friendly environment, and also can address customer's complaint gracefully.**Requirements**:- Willing to work morning shift (8 am- 4 pm) at the office.- Posses profound understanding of our product.- Embodies PACTA (Patience, Attentive, Clear Communication, Time Management, Adaptive).- Capable to handle unexpected cases and customer complaint.- Good team player.- Having experience in the call center field is a plus point.- Having a basic knowledge related to domain & hosting is a plus point.
