TÜR Coffee Co is looking for a **Customer Relationship Agent**!
For this position, your primary responsibility will be **nurturing relationships with anyone that shows interest in TÜR** as a brand including home brewers, and coffee shops through various messaging platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Tokopedia.
**Soft/personalized engagement model**:
- Engaging in conversation with a growing list of new profiles that showed interest in TÜR
- Showcasing TUR's products and values whilst guiding potential customers toward their buying decisions
- Building reputation by sending every customer personalized post-purchase support Direct Message (DM)
- Gathering product feedback from customers and giving back tailored thank you response
- Maintaining customers' loyalty by updating them with brand news as well as introducing them to other/new/upcoming products
Profile entities:
- Home brewers
- Coffee shops
- Coffee roasters
- Coffee farms/producers
- Other business partners
A couple of traits that will prove useful in doing the activities above:
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with specialty coffees
- High proficiency in proper conversational English writing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
