Customer Lifecycle & Campaign Senior Executive

Details of the offer

Collaborate with related departments to build the campaign/journey within the CRM platform
- Manage & execute cross-brand & tactical campaigns of the brands
- Manage customer lifecycle journey, including (but not limited to) Time International campaigns, events & activities
- Coordinate with brands on making the relevant datasets available for campaign building
- Monitor and track campaign performance and effectiveness in accordance with the aligned measures to further refine action plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Have an experience in the same role for 2 years.
- Good communication and customer focus.
- Tech savvy and familiar with CRM platform.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
