**Responsibilities**:
- Become the contact person for health insurance provider networks, as well as Third Party Administration (TPA) service providers
- Develop partner provider networks according to the company's business needs
- Ensuring the quality of the customer experience, including designing service procedure improvements when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major; preferably from Communication major
- Familiar with survey design and research methods
- Experienced in data processing (related to Customer Experience)
- Good communication skills in both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
