Job Description
Prioritize and engage inbound customers’ inquiries and requests to ensure that they have a positive experience in using the app Answer inquiries and provide information and suggestions to appropriate app features and loan information. Create and/or update customer support tickets on our in-house customer service platform Serve as an ambassador of the brand throughout every customer service interaction with our app users. Manage large amounts of incoming calls. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Speak, read and write effective Bahasa Indonesia and English A customer-centric professional that keeps your cool even when faced with the most demanding or unreasonable of customers Enjoy frequent interactions with customers over phone and chat Minimum Diploma holder
