**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for direct, scientific (on label) & promotional engagement with targeted HCPs from the public and private sector, becoming an integral adviser to the HCP in scientific topics regarding not only disease but also therapeutic options, patient journey and programs
- Go-to-science contact that supports and identifies knowledge needs and gaps within our main HCPs, orienting our internal cross-functional teams to develop solutions and/or projects that bridge those gaps and provide support to our clients.
- Foster the adequate use and dissemination of our e-platforms to obtain new data, increase disease knowledge and provide support for patient programs.
Also, educate MEs and nurses in these programs´ onboarding and benefits.
- Grow a deep understanding in the respective disease area and focused therapies, to provide disease education and knowledgeably discuss guidelines, published clinical trials and therapeutic options and brand related discussion including promotional activities (RTD, PP, PD).
National events and events related with medical association will be leaded by marketing in coordination with CEA, BM dan FH
- Ensure appropriate and dynamic identification/mapping of MEs and execute advocacy development plans to effectively prioritize and engage MEs aligned with brand strategy.
- Collaboration with other functions (access & marketing) in shaping country strategy by collecting impactful insights from MEs.
- Engages with internal colleagues (Strategy Lead, Medical Lead, Access and Commercial areas as appropriate) in identifying and developing cross-functional initiatives.
- Accountable for providing medical insights on the institutions´ scientific needs to the strategic cell and commercial teams.
- In alignment with cross functional teams, identify and develop tactics for the brand and/or therapeutic area to identify critical paths to support the accomplishment of business objectives related to brand (or brands).
- Maintains and demonstrates comprehensive and in-depth scientific knowledge of an assigned TA/brand (or brands), including disease principles and therapeutic approach, not excluding support to access teams in patient journey and potential HCS hurdles.
