Customer Acquisition Specialist/ Banking

Keeping tract and implementation the customer acquisition and engagement strategy for all customer's engagement channel
- Implement Sales & Service strategy and customer strategy
- Monitoring the onboarding and cross sell strategy
- Analysing market data, trends, consumer preference and competitor behaviour to optimize marketing strategies
- At least 3 years experience as business anlayst or relevant managerial role
- Proven experience in assisting with business strategy and strategy development porcess
- Strong capabilities with data analytics and data crunching
- Strong products knowledge acress banking products
- Can work with fast-paced business environment
