Responsible for performing preventative and ongoing maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk, or high-reliability environments (data centers, medical facilities, laboratories or utilities infrastructure) to ensure operational efficiency and maximum facility uptime.
Regularly inspects and monitors equipment and responds to irregular or malfunctioning conditions.
Responds quickly to emergency situations that may be detrimental to the facility's operations and coordinates with other critical facilities professionals to perform corrective repairs.
Complies with organizational and governmental standards for operations and work safety.
May maintain multiple components including HVAC systems, air or liquid cooling systems, CRAC/CRAH units, power distribution units, fire systems, life safety systems, etc.
Monitors equipment and responds to irregular conditions.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?
**

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance duties for a Data Center Facility
to achieve 99.982% uptime reliability.
? Supervise and work closely with electrical and mechanical contractors who are frequently
required to perform PM work on critical electrical and mechanical equipment.
? To ensure customer services such as Power, Cooling and Security accordance to the Service
Level Agreement (SLA).
? Perform Electrical plant and Mechanical Plant Rounds, Readings, and Log Functions.
? Perform or assist on maintenance for electrical power distribution systems and mechanical
systems.
? To carry-out maintenance work in Data Center.
? Support in NTT GDCI Data Center equipment's as 1st level and involve in troubleshooting and
support for project work.
? Document and report all facility related problems.
? Answer Service Calls, daily update and follow up of shift log.
? Make sure every open ticket is duly and timely attended to and update and close ticket with
relevant details fill-up.
? Maintain good relationship with tenant
? Team work and cross function in projects, tasks or assignment (outside core functions)
? To strictly follow response procedures in case of any incident
? Perform root cause analysis of equipment failure/faults and fix the problem independently.
? The position will be required to do 24x7 shift work.
? Involve on departmental improvement activities include In House training/Oversea Training.
? Analyze and identify product quality and plan for corrective actions include review current
product weakness and limitation, identify new reliable product, explore to new technology
which can bring benefit to the company.
? To assist the project implementation team to ensure the quality deliverable includes
developing and reviewing the installation methodology and workmanship.
Ensure handover
on time with all proper documented (As-Built Drawing, T&C Check List, Operation Manual &
etc.)
