Creative Content Production Lead

PRODUCTION LEAD:

- Handling production from pre-production until post-production
- Able to do research content For designated channel individual and team
- Able to creating script and storyboard for campaign purpose
- Able to leading the team during shooting for campaign or photoshoot
- Record voice over if needed
- Able to do research & write the titles, copy thumbnail, and hashtag for the designated video content

GRAPHIC & VIDEO EDITING:

- Actively collaborate with h marketing team to develop on-point & engaging visuals within the brand & with third parties as well
- Fearless experiments and design anything from branding to advertisements to web design and everything in between
- Design for look books, invitations, newsletters, and marketing assets across print and digital channels
- Ensure the overall nest het is and stay consistent For the company branding purposes
- Always come up with new design trends and generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from Content Strategist Lead and of her departments
- Actively reviewing Final layouts and suggesting improvements
- Develop engaging visual concept and establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
- Edit footage or raw videos into an attractive and high-quality video content for promotion and branding needs
- Always come up with new editing trends and generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from Content Strategist Lead and of her departments
- Minimum Bachelor Degree around DKV/Komunikasi/related field
- Proven working minimum 4 year's experience in Creative Marketing field
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of Good Quality Content and SEO
