Creative Content Officer

Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity
- Collaborating wit h internal / external departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks.

- Managing daily social media posts
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Using analytical tools such as Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
- Performing other duties when needed
- Minimum Bachelor Degree around DKV/Komunikasi/related field
- Proven working minimum 1 year experience in content creator or as a social media officer
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social net working experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of Good Quality Content and SEO
- knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with h good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Must submit your portfolio
- Willing to do WFO at South Jakarta
